I weigh a lot, but am not fat or muscular

Hmm I can't see it either, I'd say you look more 85ish.

You could have a high bone density, or maybe visceral fat. If you don't work out, are you still physically fit??
What's your diet like.

Doesnt look fat to me, could get some weight with muscle on the legs and it'd not show up so much as upper body does. Heavy manual work as a job?

5ft 11 and 8 stone?

I assume you are a tall v.skinny woman?

8 stone for that height is unhealthy, it will be showing of a set of ribs more then any abs

didn't have a totally flat stomach. We have £1 for four Double Deckers and Corrie. And now I want a Double Decker.

A stomach isnt flat unless you build up the muscle to retain the intestines.

But I agree on the second point, 4 for 1 is a steal :D

Diets rubbish, chips, bacon sarnies, odd chocolate bar, mostly readymeal stuff like baked potatoes and sandwiches, chorizo wraps, pulled pork sandwiches.. etc..i love meat and eat it basically every meal. As far as physical fitness, i can run 10km on a treadmill nonstop if thats any indication (maybe more post 'quit smoking?'. - done that maybe twice this year, my max workout :D

Dude you're rude.

But probably telling the truth...

Way too many people are overweight and overweight has become the norm in society now, to the extent where slim and no fat is skinny...

But on the other hand you always find out in threads like this that actually OcUK bucks the trend, most computer geeks apparently are muscular, not fat so BMI doesn't count...:p:rolleyes:

I'm perfectly healthy thankyou very much :) I eat 3000+ calories a day with an inactive job (coding) but run 3+ miles a day, and do the p90x workout to acompany it.

I can easly add 10kg to my weight also in the space of just a couple of months by adding an extra 500-1k calories a day and hitting the gym for weight training.

What gives?

5ft 11 at best
31
Waist size 36, can squeeze into 34s without a belt
Belly is not flabby but not exactly toned, just average
Fairly strong but not more than average
Wear large shirt sizes, size 10 shoe if it means anything.
Fairly wide shoulders
Lazy as hell
Race: likely indian but not sure as family history is weak as i'm of Caribbean heritage.

Naked weight at home: 102kg, work scale and mates scale 103.4kg

The thing is, i weighed 100kg at 16 and was obese, fat rolls, many chins and size 40+ waist. Same weight 15yrs later and i'm not? Should i be worried? do i have secret man fat or muscle? :D

Pics. :)

Edit: Dam! Missed the photo further up the page lol.

Taken not too long ago in Thailand, about 101kg, guy on the left obviously :D

You don't look fat to me so maybe you just need to go for a really big poo?

Also, that fist bump thing is the gayest thing I've ever seen :D

To be honest, I think that photo could be bit deceptive as you're wearing quite baggy clothes. If anything it looks like you fat is distributed all over your abdomen rather than being concentrated in a "beer" gut, possibly with quite high internal fat deposits which would also go unseen to a degree.

The difference is that fat isn't as dense, so there has to be a lot more there (which means it's very visible) to push the weight up.
