Geez my house is cold right now....

My media room is nice and toasty and the heating hasn't been on all day!

I have my amplifiers and PC to thank for that.

Take this as a sign to OC more!

lol my partner asks me to play the most demanding game or benchmark my rig sometimes to warm the living room up lol, after about an hour she will come down the stairs with her PJ's on haha

Best temps I ever saw was after leaving the pc in the car for the afternoon plugged it in at home and the cpu was at 1c and gfx cards at 5c, didn't stay like that for long :(

Dangerous due to condensation and moisture build up. Hope you let it get to room temperature before switching it on.

I do the same for hardware fresh off the van. Let it sit for a while before plugging it in

Back on my old amd FX 6400+ rig with a geforce 8800 GT + 5 old HDD's the room used to be reeeally warm even in the winter. All overclocked of course. But I guess the old 4:3 monitor contributed like half of that.

Nowadays with these damn powersaving things and flat screens the room does not heat up more than 1c unless you are gaming for hours and hours.. and even on full settings the rig is not pushing even close to max.

I used to have oc'ed 3570k on air sitting under the desk and cooling my feet in summer, then winter came and I had to wear 3 pairs of socks.
Now I have 4770k and glad I put it on water. Still exhaust fans from rad are close to my hands when playing... have to find those skiing gloves fast :-)

I saw 13'c the other day, custom loop. I'm gonna wait for the minus figures and leave my windows open for an hour or two :p
