Not that long ago (couple of months) I got a blue screen and it turned out to be faulty memory, today I received a blue screen with the replacement memory I got. I am praying its not faulty memory again but its strange because i have been using it months without a problem..

Who Crashed Report:

On Fri 08/11/2013 21:25:51 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\110813-11216-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x75BC0)
Bugcheck code: 0xD1 (0xC350, 0x2, 0x8, 0xC350)
Error: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
file path: C:\Windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
product: Microsoft® Windows® Operating System
company: Microsoft Corporation
description: NT Kernel & System
Bug check description: This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory at a process IRQL that was too high.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
The crash took place in the Windows kernel. Possibly this problem is caused by another driver that cannot be identified at this time.

OCZ 700w PSU

I've been using the PC for months with no problems but I think my vcore maybe a little low since I could not get the memory stable on its intended speed of 2.2mhz (currently at 1.6mhz)

** Think 8pack might of said it to me a while back not 100% sure though

Usually memory related, irql not less or equal

What board? Might need touch more CPU/vtt with 16gb,maybe 1.10v

MB - Asrock z77 extreme 4

My VTT is on Auto, should it not be? On auto it was on 1.141v (also my vcore was on 1.140v but now ive upped it to 1.145v)

Well auto usually overvolts but 1.141v is ok,max safe for vtt is 1.2v but you shouldn't need that much, could be vcore so see how it behaves over next few days ect
