Seriously when are these Sony fanboys gonna be suspended? If you don't like the XO than no need to keep going on, it's cringe for you.
 
Now now, you won't see them soon as they'll be too busy playing all of their exclusives. :p

Seems to have been either a complete balls up or an 'inside' job at target with the sending out of those two XO's. Still not sure why they've banned one though.
 
So an Xbox fan is the first person to own the console due to the retailer shipping early and he becomes a source of actual hands on information by uploading pictures, video and information. Yet Youtube removes his video, Twitter suspends his account and M$ ban his XBL account.

Well down M$...morons. The end user who is overjoyed by receiving the console gets punished but the retailer - Target - probably dont. Oh wait, thats why, because they are selling lots of XB1's and getting M$ lots of money :rolleyes:

Like people have said on his twitter feed , it will be a temp ban. But it is out of order, through no fault of his own he has a xboxone early. The retailer should be the party getting a *********
 
To be fair if I got one early I would keep my mouth shut and play it offline if it didn't need to be connected to start with, was tempting fate really.
 
Seems strange he's posting everything else (image and video) but no shot or video of the ban message? Unless I'm missing something...it could be a good tactical thing to get him trending (which it has).

When everyone got banned on the 360 for flashing the drives images etc were everywhere as that's the first thing people want to see.

I believe he's still able to use the basic functions of the console. He's just effectively banned from XBL - That's what I read earlier anyhow.
 
Probably against the EULA which is why they banned.

Proper sucks though as it's not his fault he got it.

Just the ****** side of the gaming industry. One that needs to change and not villafy the end consumer.

People like to boast about recoeving things early on the net... Guess it makes them feel special for a short period of time.

Sad really.
 
Question, can I buy an Amazon gift card for myself of say £30, then pay £30 off my Amazon order for my xbox one with the rest then on my card?

He didnt sign an NDA. Or maybe he did when he bought the console your saying. But still their claiming copyright, because I doubt an NDA would work "This guy signed a non disclosure agreement so you've gotta take the video down!"

The guy owns everything in the video the video camera he even owns the console. So were saying any consumer products which are filmed, unboxings, reviews whatever, can be taken down due to the company owning the product.
