The PSU in the PS4 (and PS3 for that matter) is still a dedicated unit, the only difference is that it's internal rather than external.
 
Really hope the EU gets the same deal that America and Canada are getting with every PS4.

$10 SEN + 30 Days PSN + 30 Days MU.

If we get the same it will be brilliant.

+1 I think PS4's are going to be rare as hens teeth this Xmas and I expect we'll see them going for comedy money on eBay/etc.. Short of finding a reseller that isn't taking pre-orders and camping out overnight I can't imagine you having much chance of getting one at a store this late in the day.

If I was to replace the hdd would I have to format it or anything first or will the ps4 take care if it? also would I need to download the O.S to USB stick and install it or will it do it automatically??

If it's anything like the ps3, just install it and follow on screen instructions. It will format the HDD for you etc. all very easy.
 
Pretty sure a few will have done the same after the US launch. So at least you will know if it shows any decent benefits.

Maybe they should be running it at 900p until they drop PS3/360 support.
