Got an appointment at my local Game store on Saturday afternoon to sort out my bundle. its all paid for traded loads of stuff in a few weeks ago.

Got the 360 to trade in at the same time.

What did you pay for your bundle?

Just wondering if the killer instinct download comes with that or what as when i went into my local game store i got the 12mth live code for £30 but nothing was said about the killer instinct download.
 
hey guys nobody really said when i asked before but if anyone knows it would be greatly appreciated as to how the kinect sensor mounts to the tv?

I've ordered the ORB 2-in1 mount from Shopto, I think Amazon are also selling this now.

I don't think anyone has documented an official way of mounting it to the TV out of the box, other than *****-fashion with blu-tack/tape/luck.

There is also rumour that it includes a tripod mounting hole, so you could do it that way with a Gorrilapod, suction-cup mount, or even a full sized tripod standing on the floor behind your TV if it's on stand.

I'm pretty sure theres no way to mount it out of the box but I think game are selling a wall mount as part of some accessories starter pack
 
Hmmm does anyone remember people saying the Killer Instinct didn't allow the usual console features such as Snap? I'm just watching a video where the guy snaps the Activity Feed while in KI. Could be that it was just more rumours....

Blue tac or superglue I would guess :p

I would imagine you would have to buy an accessory to mount it on a TV. Mine will be sat just underneath my TV tbh can be bothered putting it on the wall or anything. That said my Kinect will most likely not be used that much apart from shouting XBOX ON and XBOX OFF and maybe rage at it after a fifa UT loss every so often :D
 
Just had a thought that I'd better see if my Live account is still there. I bet all the people in my "Friends" list abandoned me ages ago :D

i suppose i can just put it under the telly lol, might get those velcro strips see how that works out

It really doesn't have to be above your tv. I've got the current gen kinect under my tv and even despite all its flaws it works just as well below my tv as it does above.

I can only imagine that given the improvements they've made with this new kinect that there will be even less difference between the 2 positions

yeah i dont know why i'm stuck on the idea it has to be above ha i'm sure it'll function perfectly below
