Im fully prepared for the abuse that GD will throw at me but here goes....

There was this girl at work, she had only been there a few months. She worked in another building so i never saw her much, anyway shes left, the first time i spoke to her was just "oh i hear your leaving, good luck" that was it. She then stopped me a bit later and we chatted a bit. Couple of days later she messages me on work system telling me its her last week and she give me her number! She phoned me a couple of times and we arranged to go out Friday, all her idea. I cancelled a night out i was going to because she asked me to, i messaged her in the week asking if we were still on, she said yes. Spoke to her Friday morning and she said yeah, she'd ring me later. She didnt! didnt reply to any messages or my calls?!

I tried a few times, probably to many if im honest but its not a bit weird that she didnt even reply? i even said if you've got something on its cool, just let me know so i can make other plans, nothing!

She phoned me this morning but i missed the call so ive tried to phone back, no answer.

Shes just playing games right? Thoughts?

There's a possible problem :p. The correct answer was 'sorry, got something on and I really can't cancel. How about the week after?'...whilst being all mysterious about what was involved and who was going to get her brain racing about the numerous other girls that will be competing for you (lol). As soon as you cancelled a night out for her you came across as weak and desperate.

Just behave the same way as if you'd arranged to meet a bloke and then they went dark before the night. Find other plans and crack on.

she knew where i was going as it was a work thing, and i did still go out, not that much of a loser! lol
 
Dont contact her again just wait for her to contact you.

And update here when she does :)

I still wouldn't have even offered to cancel personally, whether or not you eventually went out anyway.

But then I wasn't there and every situation is different. Do you have a pic of this chick and a pic of you? This will make it a lot easier to assess the situation.

She may have been on the rebound with you as the filler (so to speak arf). Or, maybe something serious came up (arf).

I dont intend to contact her again, like i said i tried to return the call today and shes not answering again so im gonna just leave it. of course i'll update if she does contact me, doubt she will tho lol

Just seems strange that within the space of a hour she went all "dark"

no pics im afraid lol, shes quite good looking, not a model but far from a munter. definitely not on the rebound, well i dont think so. she is a bit younger than me tho, 8 years.
