I've never had a problem before, ordered like 30 high value items always been sound. Including pre-orders this is the first time I've had a problem. Why guarantee a date then change it? I have enough cash to buy one in a shop if it doesn't arrive if I can find one il then open and return the very one just to be awkward after their crap customer service
I got a laptop from Littlewoods once (same group as Very - Shop Direct) and it never turned up. Was blatantly stolen by the courier. (Yodel / HDN - Home Delivery Network / DHL I think as Im sure they merged)
I had to make a claim and eventually got a replacement laptop but it was a pita.

HDNL were awful, so they purchased DHL's home division and re-branded it as Yodel. Then they closed HDNL so people couldn't see they were linked, but they took so damn long that everybody realised that they were.
In short, they are a sham of a company.

I hope so too. The XB1 or PS4 will be what I go for if Rockstar go down the route of Red Dead and dont pull a GTA V for PC

Amazon in Rugeley We had them coming in all day , trucks full of em , that amount was when I looked in the morning., they coming in every day this week for dispatch on Thursday for launch day.

Can I ask you a question about Amazon if you don't mind? When you're shipping items out, is the courier randomly assigned, or is it specified based on the size of the items, etc?
Doesn't matter if you can't answer.
It all depends where they going , quite a few delivery services come in, am not based in outbound so not 100% sure.
