They offered killzone, camera, two controllers 14day trial PSN and the norm.
Yep, paid mine off early October though to get it out the way and done with, in case something like this happened.

how much you reckon these will go for on the black market on launch day? £550 or more for the console alone. Selling on ebay atm for £600+ i believe.

Seeing the controler issue is odd, i went to the last day of Eurogamer and played AC4 which was on PS4 and noticed no issues with it, thats after many people have used it.
The HDMI issue is slightly more of an issue if it gets worse, i will be doing a straight console swap, so keeping the same leads from my PS3, but others may not, hopefully its resolved before our release day.

They're not going to resolve it in 2 weeks, no way.
It will be a problem with EU consoles too, just pray you're not one of the unlucky ones who gets one of the faulty batch.
Hopefully IF it's an issue Sony will have stock to back up the faulty units, I also hope they fixed the issue with the update as many are complaining after install some games barely run.
Could always call your CC/DC issuer and see if theyve had a request come through if Shopto are hard to get hold of, still be best to speak to Shopto but thats an alternative...

Hopefully, but I think the main stock will go to NA to replace those first, we may be left pretty buggered if we're unlucky enough to get a faulty unit.
It definitely seems like Amazon got a faulty batch of consoles, and as i said in the thread earlier, if the rumor of sabotage is correct, it could have been their particular batch which got hit by the interns. The reports of faulty consoles doesn't seem to be as big anywhere else as Amazon. In any case I doubt an EU retailer would get the same faulty batch that Amazon got, but could unfortunately happen, could be that all of ShopTo's batch is faulty (I hope not)

That was my thinking also. Big online company like amazon I'm hoping means no problems should I get a dodgy console.

Picking up a Killzone Mega Bundle from Game and BF4, also very tempted by NFS.
I also have a standard Killzone pack on pre-order from Game for my eldest also, but that's tier 3(non release but before xmas) Although I'm hoping there might be excess stock when I go there for launch and I can persuade them to let me buy the second while I'm there.

Aye, same line of thinking for me. They've been good with me in the past so they keep my Custom.
I'm cautiously looking forward to the 29th. Got the Mega Bundle, AC4 and BF4 pre-ordered and guaranteed for launch. My launch 360 got the RROD on launch, Amazon advised me fine then, and I had a replacement in time for Christmas. I'm really hoping I don't go through this again though.
