It's locked to that console, so as long as that consoles remains in working order you'll be able to download the game whenever. It's BS that they don't use an account system though. Granted, Nintendo have been pretty incredible regarding failure rates historically.
 
Hi guys,

Thinking of getting a 3DS XL soon, I want a black one. The first game I want to get is Zelda OoT 3DS. Is the bundle still availalbe? I couldn't find it. What's the price I should be looking out for?

edit: actually I think that OoT bundle was for the original 3DS :p

Seems to me like the price of a new 3DS XL is around £170 and OoT is £30... soo I might go for the Zelda A Link Between Worlds bundle for £200 and get OoT seperately.

Ocarina of Time came with the original 3DS in a limited run, I can't seem to find an XL but I did find this...

Yeah sorry didn't see your reply. I edited my post, might go for the Link between worlds bundle. Although at first I thought it was overpriced because I thought the 3DS XL was cheaper than £170 on it's own.
 
All that stuff with the charger cable... are you serious? :(

Is it a USB charging cable? Would my HTC one fit?

Also, still no dispatch email yet from Amazon, I'm surprised.

Super srs :(. Also note it's only the DSi onwards that shares an AC adapter, not the DS lite or further back. I was lucky in the fact my sister has a DSi she rarely uses so I've basically taken ownership of hers.

It's a proprietary connection too so it won't be compatibly, no. It's seriously stupid, I mean even the sites selling the console try there best to avoid telling you this. GAME has it right at the bottom of the page and Amazon have "This product comes with a UK plug" and then a few lines down tell you it doesn't come with one. It's not even something you should have to look out for as it's (rightfully) taken for granted.
 
Last Nintendo console was an SP :p Looks like I'll be making a trip to GAME on Saturday then!

Still no dispatch email... Looking increasingly unlikely I'm getting it for release :(
 
Its even more strange when you consider the 'budget' 2ds comes with one, but the flagship XL doesn't...

Ah, in that case I think you'll be the one having a harder time :p so glad I went with the Collector's Edition, it looks fantastic. Should be a good weekend if mine arrives! :D

Oh? I probably should have looked closer at the box where it says it's given separately, just assumed it'd be folded like some other CEs have done. Glad to hear it's in a tube though :D that's another one I'll have to get framed when I eventually get around to getting my Devil Survivor ones done.
