I did last night and it is still saying processing. Doubt that it will work.
Kinect won't be listening at all when it's fully off so saying Xbox On won't do anything, and you should still just be able to lightly touch the front button/hold the controller guide button to turn on like normal.
Sounds like XO got its knickers in twist but has sorted itself now.
If you can turn it on with "xbox, on", it won't have been fully turned off I think? Pretty sure the Kinect is completely off when the system is shut down.
Looks like Xbox One is back in stock at the Microsoft store...Seems to be the Standard edition!

Yeah mine is like that too when I switch to standby. To know for sure just check the LED light on the power brick as Nismo mentioned earlier:

Controller now turns it on when it's fully off anyway so obviously something was confused along the way.

Just got off the phone to them, eventually got through.
Just a heads up, they are NOT in stock and ready for despatch, but available for pre-order, they expect them to be available the 16th Dec.
So I went to my mates last night for a taste of the XBox One and I must say I quite liked it.
First off the thing was really quiet, the interface seemed fairly intuitive and the new controller feels soooo much better in the hands.
Forza...not my cup of tea but I can understand why others like it! Lovely graphics though which I must admit.
Dead Rising 3...loved it! Impressive amount of zombies on screen and all out hilarity, running into a horde and then slapping a Grenade in one's mouth created utter carnage! As usual though the only disappointment is the camera, always the same!
Fifa...yeah don't think I could play it on current gen anymore, pleasantly surprised by how good it looked considering they won't have spent terribly much time on improving it.
Looks like I will be picking one up, in the future, when in the states next year but was certainly worthwhile getting the chance to play.
My mates getting a PS4 next week so I'll need to sample that too

Mines doesnt turn on with "Xbox on" and the power option is "instant on"
The option is checked for "wake Xbox up by saying Xbox on"

Is it me or are the game cases upside down? (going by my copy of Forza 5)
When you open the case the disc is on the left and the insert on the right, you cant swap it round as the case logo would be upside down and on the back?

Think it's just the design.
They do seem pretty lightweight and are thinner than a BR case. I was a little surprised my copy of Ryse had no manual at all, just some legal rubbish on the inside of the cover.
