Do you get an Xmas bonus?

Nope, they're buying everyone an iPad Mini or a Nexus 7 this year though. I went for iPad Mini, it's worth more when I sell it.

Nope, never have at any place I've worked (although there is a performance related one at my current place in April).

I miss those - used to fund my yearly PC upgrades but they stopped doing it 2007-2012 due to the "economy" and this year was only a 10th of what they used to be :|

EDIT: Actually can't complain too much about this year though as I got a Sony Xperia Z tablet as part of a bonus for performance.

That's a pretty specific bonus, why not just cash or a voucher?

Its not that unusual in tech companies.

Our place gives everyone a christmas hamper and some wine. Usually pretty good as a decent mixture of nice stuff and some useful items.
Any 'gifts' received from suppliers etc are pooled and everyone gets a lucky dip.
Also have several days off over christmas which baries depending on where it lies in the week.
This year break up on 20th Dec and back 2nd Jan.

Got one last year, last time I asked my director he said they are reviewing the company performance (I work for a small Radio Comms company).

Fingers crossed a little something will make Christmas sweeter.

We get £20. Ten years ago we also got £20. Fortunately none of us can even spell inflation, let alone understand it.

(No, I don't work at the Bank of England).

200% bonus this year as the company yet again made record profits and a 77p a share dividend. Tbh the place has become a good place to work since the change of CEO.

Does 200% bonus = 2 x annual wage, as a bonus? If so, it sounds like I need a new job. :p

I get bonus most months. Sadly, it's very hard to hit bonus for our Xmas paycheque since November is a quiet month. I think we managed to get 25% of our bonus this year.

nop - they used the money that was meant for us to shut a different part of the company down that we never heard off, even though we made over are criteria

and also no xmas party but said we can have £10 per head for something if we arrange it, so i guess this is my bonus :)

Sadly not :D

My bonus is 5% of my wages as personal targets and 5% on company performance if we meet the targets given to the city. As the company as done so well the company part is paying out at 200%.

Work in a bookies (few more months till I start a new job) and we get an extra day off for 'Xmas shopping', guess you could call that a 'bonus' :p although will most likely have to work Boxing day and/or new years for nothing extra :(

yes about 4k USD take home.

But I never count my lucky stars, til its in my account. A bonus is exactly that. A bonus.. Slow yr, no bonus.. But been good so far.

Nope.

But we do get a free goody bag which contains a bunch of the companies products and they bankroll our Xmas night out. Sometimes get a bottle of wine or chocolates too.
