** The Official Call of Duty: Ghosts (CoD 2013) thread ***

Guys,

I didn't really pay attention to this in the lead up to launch so I have a few questions:

1: What's the benefit to buying other squad members outside of getting extra backgrounds for your player card?

2: I seen people running around today with masks on, one was the mask 'Ghost' wore in MW2 and the other was the 'Ghost' mask seen in commercials for this game. I don't see them available though in appearance options for my character, these people were low level as well. Are they pre-order bonuses or something?

Let me know, cheers.

Guys,

1: What's the benefit to buying other squad members outside of getting extra backgrounds for your player card?

It allows you to pick more loadouts. I think the first 5 squad members are only 3 squad points each whereas a new class slot is 20. Although you can't share gear between squad members so you have to buy every weapons/perks/equipment separately for every member.
I've bought one of each squad member for the different classes as they all start with different weapons and perks so it's good for the challenges.

did anyone pick this up from GAME on launch and plan to upgrade to X1 or PS4? as i ended up getting the Hardened edition but im not sure how the upgrade will work from PS3 Hardened to PS4, as in what edition will i get or would i be best holding onto the PS3 disk and paying the £10 for the digital upgrade.

edit: thinking about it, as im keeping the PS3 it makes sense to hold onto the PS3 version as it means i can move the PS3 upstairs and play COD on both systems as the PS3 will be going upstairs for a bluray/media bedroom device and so the eldest can play her Disney Infinity on her new Xmas TV when she gets it (although it will live in our bedroom 90% of the time)

I was playing last night and I think I came across a hacker.
This guy was using the L115 and he barely zoomed in at all. Basically doing quick scoping like it was MW2 or BO. Honestly it was as if he pressed the aim/zoom trigger button and then the bullet came out at exactly the same time.
Now I thought it must be his perks. So next game I tried his load out, used all the perks that make you aim faster. It was impossible to replicate what he was doing. It was like my aim/zoom in time was double his.

Anyone got a clue why this is?

Is anyone here using the dual licence digital xbox version of this game? If so once you redeem the code on xbox one can you still use the xbox 360 verison? Sounds a silly question perhaps but it isn't clear to me.
