You need to download second assault then in that case.

Premium just gets you it for free, but you still need to go to the store and "buy" the DLC and download it. Because you have premium it will show up as £0.00

OH and premium is now showing for me on battlelog. Just took a week to appear !

it seems it takes a week to show on your battlelog page.
 
Frustratingly I am still having performance issues; in particular on 64 player servers.

I reduced network smoothing to 0% and made little to no difference.

The lag and fps issues are really tiring now..

I don't know if its due to auto updating causing me to lag, or the auto upload feature creating a loss in performance (which can you turn off btw?) I just find myself getting more and more annoyed.

Could well be my Xbox, who knows?

What are others experiences on 64 man servers - is it smooth for you?

I played games on wednesday night and had horrible stutter. Changing the network smoothing slider from 0 to 50 % and back (and trying different settings obviously) didn't make any difference

But other nights it been fine.

Yes, the performance is definitely up and down. I had some rubber banding too and my connection was fine - I hope the performance issues are sorted soonish.

Mine is showing on Battlelog now too :).

I saw they released a patch for PS4 which says it addresses some crashing issues so hopefully the same one is on its way for Xbox One.

Really hope thats fixed most problems for tomorrow, i watched a stream on twitch a guy playing 64 player on the PS4 the other night and he said its improved greatly.
 
Did anyone do Games upgrade in store from 360 to xb1? If so how much did they charge? They led me to believe it would be 49.99 so a 10er upgrade but i heard else where that there instore rrp is higher than that?

Theres the digital option but i would rather have the ps4 disc and my internet sucks!

In all, it's our first chance to see Battlefield 4's multiplayer mode in action on Xbox One, and to witness either version of the game running on final retail hardware. On the visual side, HBAO is indeed added to the Xbox One version, as promised by DICE following its omission in the Stockholm build. However, the divide in internal resolution - which remains at 900p on PS4 compared to the straight 720p on Xbox One - is the big sticking point, even with the removal of the Xbox version's sharpening filter which amplified the aliasing. Put simply, the assets and effects are identical for each next-gen platform, but the added pixel definition on PS4 spares it from the distracting edge-crawl on thin objects that proves to be an issue on the Microsoft side.

Elbowing into the tussle is, as always, the PC version with its higher-grade particle and alpha effects, superior object draw distance and more refined shadow detailing at ultra settings. But it must be commended just how much of this maxed-out experience translates to next-gen platforms. The textures on PS4 and Xbox One are equal to the PC's highest, and water shaders carry over as-is, where the current-gen versions really show us the plain, pared-back alternative. It's a very solid effort in this sense, and can only get better as DICE's understanding of the hardware grows.

The PS4's strong performance lead is the real clincher though; a wide 10fps margin flaring up for most of our campaign mode tests. The comedown hits, however, once you realise that neither platform can pull off a straight 60fps during the larger Conquest multiplayer maps, where most of the fun is to be had. Regardless, a clear-as-day recommendation still goes to the PS4 version, and while there are glitches on both consoles that need to be addressed, the embracing of seamless, behind-the-scenes updates should at least ease some of Battlefield 4's growing pains.

Looking to buy this.

Amazon have it currently for £40 but it's going on a black Friday deal soon however they do have the Limited Edition for £29.99. What's the difference?

It's say's pre-order version or something?

Feel free to add me if anyone is up for some BF4 tonight on XB1. I need some more people to team up with as randoms seem completely useless at the basics of handing out ammo and health packs. Im not that good, you have been warned haha.

I was gonna go on tonight for my first game of multiplayer has its double xp, keep losing connection to the EA servers :(.
 
So my first EVER game on the One and about 10mins in and im booted to the home screen..I assume this is a common bug.
 
Ive been on it since last Friday and had a few problems but not many. Tonight seems especially bad. I assume its due to the double xp weekend thats happening now. The servers cant cope.
