*** The Official Playstation 4 (PS4) Thread ***

Just spoke to my local tesco to try and find out how many PS4s will be avalable tonight. All they would say is that they have very limited numbers and that they have had lots of people ringing up asking about them. I'm not going to bother, I don't want to queue up for ages and sounds like they don't have a lot of them anyway.

I'm going to stick with my original plan of attempting to get one from John Lewis.

Just pre ordered one on Asda. Rang them and they said the warehouse was already preparing it and delivery is due for tomorrow!. Not overly convinced though at the moment :D

Wow! Nice. Passed this onto a friend as he's looking for one after just missing the cut off for day 1 PS4.

As I say Im not overly sure if its correct. I rang again and they said 3-5 days delivery. Either way Im not bothered. Im away from tomorrow until Sunday and I dont want to want to que in stores tonight.

Edit

Its to be delivered within 3-5 working days from today. As ALL stock for tomorrow delivery has already been allocated for PS4's. Even so, 3-5 days isnt bad when youre away :p Saves queuing.

People are being stupid about the fps issues with games on the new consoles, for comparison when Dead Space 1 was released the very plain looking game had fps issues, compare it to Dead Space 2 or indeed 3 released 4 years later, a game which looks waaaaaaaaaaay better and has no fps issues at all. As this console gen matures games will be better looking and with fewer tech issues.

Mmmmm, next-gen Dead Space. They need to make a new one that's similar to DS1 though, not the action games that followed.

Dead Space had no FPS issues in my experience. Great looking game and ran very well.

And yes, as above; the later games ruined the series completely. DS2 was a huge disappointment and I didn't even bother with anything more than the demo of DS3.

Just tried to order the Killzone bundle from Asda and once you get to the checkout it says it out of stock :(
