I would imagine he'll get a full refund and it's the retailers issue to take up with the courier.

The real issue is going to be finding stock, particularly where some scummy retailers are eye gouging on enforcing next-gen bundles rather than honouring existing pre-orders which they should be.

Don't ring DPD and shout at someone that can't do anything about it though. Just ring your retailer and they'll sort it for you.
 
I bought a guitar once and it turned up 2 days late box opened and badly resealed covered in fingerprints... Fuming telephone calls were made! Was a Fendeer Jazzmaster 600 quids worth.
 
It's lost at the depot, things happen, I know it sucks but such is life. No point ranting at anyone, just speak to your retailer and they'll send another one out.
 
Xbox ones were kept in a separate area at my local DPD depot, I guess they're put in view of cameras?

Wished I knew as a contractor ive worked in some warehouses that you cant exit or enter a building without being searched same goes for the staff

But the annoying thing is the missis went upto the depot yesterday to collect and was told it was accidentally placed on a van and would be delivered at half 6 after phoneing tgis morning it was apparently only scanned in when it arrived at the depot

So its either been stolen or its fell off a pallet and noones bothered to get off there backside to search for it

Even the guy on the phone says it looks a bit dodgy and told us well have to get in touch with game to get in touch with dpd to get it sorted

Talking on live chat to a woman at game she was very doubtful ill get a replacement anytime soon

At the moment im 400 down and nothing to show for it and god knows how long it will take sort out as weve got fill in a form and send it by post the missis being getting stressed over it all as shes now worried its not going get sorted out

I just RTM'd his post so hopefully he will get dealt with. Pretty dumb of him to laugh at someone elses misfortune but then with a username such as his, its not surprising.

OP gutted for you:(, that really does suck. Id be saying to game that either they get one out to me pronto or refund my money so i can go elsewhere to get it from.

If it is the DPD driver then hopefully he will get sacked as well, scumbag.
