Which games, do you need a monitor, do you have any parts from old rig that you can reuse etc.
425 is a bit low for anything with 'gaming' in the name.

Hi mate, sorry should have said, don't need a monitor and won't be using any old parts as its for an xmas present for a neighbours kid. I reckon it will just be Warcraft if im honest as hes just gotten an xbox one.

how about taking out the SSD and upping the motherboard? Any suggestions?

The mobo is the latest chipset in FM2 mobo`s, so check the specs against an A85X board and see if it offers you any features you need.
You could drop the ssd and get an OS if he does`nt already have one.
