Time wasting by Spurs has been so completely blatant as well, ref ignoring it.

Ref's at the least almost always run over to hurry up players just walking off, not even jogging, and it's often a yellow card when a player walks the entire way. Dembele did it too, and Walker with his sitting his ass down, pretending he had cramp, then getting up, limping off, then wasting time on the throw in as well, ref doing nothing about it.
