Its a decent board. It will do what you need. It just depends how far you want to go with things like clocking etc. It should manage 4.4ghz no problem. But if you were looking to have some head room and extra to push things then there are other boards that would do the job better. But for all round budget and performance the D3H is fine IMO.
Forgot to mention im using the z87 mini itx board with the same CPU. Got 4.2ghz no problems , running very well. So sure the D3H would be at least similar to performance or better.
