Anyone buy Xbox One, but wish they bought PS4?

I always preferred the Playstation, as I felt as I was getting value for money with it especially with services such as PS+. However I always played Xbox more because my hands would turn into a claw (Think Freddy Krueger).

Went out and impulse bought a Xbox One, but after hearing reviews of how improved the DS4 is, I almost regret buying the Xbox now and wish I had gone with the PS4.

I guess one option is to find someone local to swap or sell the Xbox. Anyone else feel the same way. :p Maybe I should be greedy and just get both! :p

^^this, bought ps4 myself but will be getting xboxone before titanfall release.

Don't want to pay much for over priced and under powered console, really hoping MS will release
kinect less version for around about £300 mark.

I have played both as my brother has the PS4 and even with it's improved interface I am more than happy to stick with the Xbox one.

The dashboard has it's flaws but so did the 360 when it first came out and they managed to sort that out. Then there's the games, Forza, DR3, Ryse and Titanfall.

If you're thinking that now, people saying "nah it's alright" is unlikely to change your mind.

It'll gnaw away at you until you have to change. My advice would be to swap before you get heavily invested (in games).

I would say your mistake was to buy so early, I see a bigger picture overall in teh life of the XO, but early days are not at its best, that goes for both of them of course, but I fell the XO is setup better for the long haul.

After playing on my mates pa4 on Friday I can safely say no, I'm glad I got my x1 first.

None of the exclusives I played blew me away

I always get both, exclusives for either platform have their merits. Xbox is usually more mindless violence, guns blazing and blood splattering (which is good from time to time!). Playstation I always find has more variety though with some amazing titles from Naughty Dog and Quantic Dream and others.

Not me either. I will get a PS4 eventually, and I'll buy Killzone, buy Killzone in itself was nowhere near enough to make me get one now. Whenever the first PS4 exclusive that I must have comes out (as has been the reason for every console I've purchased starting with the original PS), then I shall get one. Even though the XBox One just strangely crashed, well it is a computer after all, and I had to do a hard reboot, Forza 5 and DR3, as well as Powerstar Golf for that matter, are good enough proof I bought the right console for me at this time.

Saying all that I am really looking forward to getting the PS4 as soon as something worthwhile, to me, comes it's way.

Loving my Xbox One, Dead Rising 3 co op is a great laugh and I'm enjoying Powerstar Golf. So don't regret anything.

Has people on here have said, I will eventually get a PS4 when something will come out that I want to play and I find it good to have the best of both worlds like I did with the 360 and PS3.

Don't regret my xb1 as I'm also loving dead rising 3, ryse and even ghosts. Also love the skype intergration for chatting to my parents back home

Unless you plan on using the media side of the xbone I would sell and get the PS4,

I had both last gen consoles and only used one of them.

Saying this I would hold off doing anything until more exclusives come out and you might just stick with the One , I cant justify having both this gen as I know 6 months down the line I will be playing one more and the other console gathering dust.

I'd go for the greedy option and get both.. that's what I did :)

If I'd only got the Xbone I wouldn't say I'd regret it but from my time with both consoles the PS4 is the better one in my opinion.. you may regret the decision of getting the Xbone in the future though.. My fear with the Xbone is that it will date very quickly.. even yesterday I felt that it looked dated after playing on the PS4 most of the weekend (played the same game on both).

If you can't afford to get both then I'd swap it for the PS4 without any consideration.

I played my mates xbox one on launch night, and I was that impressed by it I'm getting a ps4 for crimbo. Ryse didn't look to bad though. I'm afraid if I went with the xbox one id be missing out on the best in games ie graphics and things and at the end of the day I want the best GAMES console, not all in one entertainment my sky box and blu ray player do that for me.

Majority of AAAs will be multi-platform and the PS4 has the better of those.... so it's a simple choice for me.

It was like in the earlier days of the 360, the multi-plats were better so that was my console of choice.

By the time exclusives play a real part, both machines will be cheaper and refined.

Both for me, picked up a PS4 on launch day and picked up an Xbox One tonight, my head and heart both tell me the PS4 is the better console but im 100% sure Forza 5 and Ryse Son of Rome will look better on the Xbox One :D

Multi platform games ill probably get on the PS4
