pffffft it's christmas!!! as if I give a **** how many calories I've eaten (or drank) but it's far too much for me to bother to work out. Personally Nitefly I think you should push for 12,000.
I'm well below my usual christmas calorie count this year, around 3-4000.
Got out on my bike a couple of times as well today, burnt 364 calories in the morning and another 300ish in the evening
Pretty much. I follow a strict calorie controlled, measured diet...even on Christmas. If anything it's under that as I over estimate where I don't have exact figures...1250 is my daily maximum.
