Yeah I probably gave up 6-8 months prior to bf4 coming out.
Playing them now?
On the larger conquest maps, seemingly at random, rubber banding kicks in, its like severe lag, and it seems to happen to everyone. You have to quit and join another server and hope its ok. Its a shame as I do love the game, and the widely published issues haven't affected me too much, but this one is infuriating
I get that all the time. It's very annoying, especially when trying to fly helicopters
people noticed that all the official DICE servers disappeared and complained and they brought a load back on. They had the balance about right at the end.
There were never many hardcore servers though, but then you can't please everybody.

Same. its server lag so seemingly not a lot you can do.

The game is awful tonight, lag on every map and every server I've been on. Connection is fine as my brother is playing on PC with no issues at all. These damned Xbox servers need sorting out.

They're coming out later in the year. Premium is the BF version of a season pass.
You seriously wouldn't pay an extra £40 and be satisfied with those 4 maps would you?
I can't remember.
I just know it wasn't listed in my weapons list under recon and considering he was level 1 assumed he should have the standard gun.
Maybe he picked it up from someone's corpse but still displayed him as a recon?

You sure it wasn't one of the special guns you can pick up in game, like the one shot kill sniper?
It's the same on PS4. The whole bloody game needs sorting out!
I am getting a bit ****ed off now with these bugs. My gun keeps disappearing, actual players too sometimes. People sunk in to the ground. The reload animation doesn't work so I try and shoot people but I'm actually reloading.
How did this game pass QA?!
I think it's seriously going to break my PS3 too. Every time I quit the game, even from the main menu, it crashes my ps3 and has to do a recovery?!

As much as people are blaming DICE I blame EA. They need to beat COD to the market every year for whatever reason. And it's their ****ty servers that are causing issues with lag etc.
I'm sure DICE probably aren't happy with the state the game is in but they will have had no choice but to release it.
