What's your steam name? I have #2 for a #9? I can't log into the website as my steam code keeps getting blocked by an email filter (got them forwarding to my work email).

People have hit 500+, doesn't seem to be a limit. Although the last variation of the badge is at 500:

Level 500? You'd have to buy £100s of pounds worth of cards to do that... madness!
