ATX: Upside down GFX cards

Now. Like many the view of a nice GFX card is pleasing more than the rest of a PC - but in that window it's heatsink and fins arent viewable, instead its upside down. Why? Oh all PCI cards are too *facepalm*

BTX is a fix
 
That's one part of graphics card companies I've never understood, Nearly every case out there has it so you see the side and top of the graphics card but for some reason the GPU companies put intricate designs and effort into the part which no one ever sees, Makes no sense to me.
 
This is why PCI was inverted:

IMO they should have made PCI-E the right way round, then not only could they have been stacked with PCI like ISA was but it would look nicer. Obviously you would lose the first slot (so a two slot card could fit) but you do with boards that start with a 1x PCI-E slot anyway.
 
Waterblock's make things even worse, behold this thing of beauty never to be seen by most.

I've always wondered if there was a market for a PCI card which just consists of a slightly angled mirror to reflect whatever is above it out of the windowed side panel :D

Get one of Silverstone's cases with the rotated motherboard and you'll be able to see all the prettiness of your GPU cooler/waterblock. As long as your motherboard placement lines them up with the window. And your PC case is at the right angle on your desk for you to see it from the right direction. And you've got sufficient lighting. And you can tear your eyes away from the screen. And the bloody cat doesn't get in the way by sitting in front of your PC and starts washing it's bum...
 
I hate that the logo on my Prolimatech MK-26 cooler is UPSIDE DOWN when the cooler is attached to the GPU?! It was the right way around for all of 15 minutes until the GPU was shoved back in the case, now it's not readable and is just wrong.

Now granted, it can't be seen anyway because I don't have a see-through side panel. But that's not the point is it. Infuriating!

I know how you feel man. There are people starving in the world and wondering where their next meal is coming from, but they know nothing about the serious problems of upside down logos.

If only they knew how bad we had it here..
