Hi there i need a new comp and my budget is 600 pounds, this is one ive put together myself just need some advice as to if its a good build or if i could do better. any input would be great thanks!

I very much like the AMD one, thats what i would have suggested (honest)..

If you want it under budget you can grab the IceQ boost 270x instead:

Do you have an existing PC, if so, can you list it`s spec. As you you may be able to reuse some parts.
For £600, the AMD build Stulid has specced you is excellent value, performance/price. If you go with his build, it might be worth stretching your budget slightly and getting a decent air cooler, the AMD stock cooler is a bit noisy.

Nothing wrong with AMD when your budget won't stretch to a Z87 and Intel "K" CPU together.

Plus it leaves more money to be spent on the GFX card.

When you have a tight budget there is nothing wrong with going AMD. Exrayted put that spec in another thread aswell, I'll add the alternative I did below.

heatsink has put it a tad bit further over budget. If you really want intel it would be wise to aim for the i5K whilst it's on offer......

The mobo is definitely an entry level spec & the free cooler isn't fantastic to be honest but is better than the stock one till you can afford to replace it. All the best with it bud we look forward to seeing what you settle on :)

The weekly offers go from Wednesday to Wednesday.

But it is a good spec and the board will easily cope with the CPU. Add a £25 heatsink and you could be doing over 4.5Ghz.
 
Case posted by stulid in first reply is very good for the price.
I had it for over a year without any problems. And yes, it allows both mATX and ATX motherboards.

ok i wanna order this one but the mobo is out of stock can anyone recommend a suitable replacement as i am a bit clueless when it comes to pcs these days aint built one in years. also a slightly better case would be nice.
