I've never kissed my mum on the lips. And cant remember the last time i kissed her on the cheek, 3-4 years old max.
This is not something I have ever done, or considered doing or seen happen - but why ask if you're gay after stating you are not?

personally, I would not kiss a friend on the lips whether male or female quite frankly because I'm not in any way an affectionate person.

On a serious note, I tend not to kiss male friends on the lips when greeting them, I've not seen straight men myself but I wouldn't judge. If you're happy with it then it's all good.
