Seems to me like Dimples attitude in all of this is spot on. It's a shame to see so many people encouraging him to try and play the system without any knowledge of any injuries.

It's hardly playing the system. It's following the process laid down by the system.

The system decides if he has a legitimate claim. If he gets £100 then it's because the system decides he deserves it.

Not sure why that process is so hard for some to follow.

There was a bit of damage and the car was away for a month.
Funnily enough we have only just got our £150 excess back on Monday so the Czech's paid out.
