cHk said he spent what, £700ish? Timothy and Robert will be in the hundreds of pounds too and anyone else that has the multi-millions these lot to.

I once spent 69p on a iPhone game and thought that was mad :p

Jovetic didn't do it for me, couldn't power the ball in as well as Defoe for me.

Eto'o is probably the best striker in the game imo, his pace, strength, height and finishing are all ridiculously good. Mainly pace, obviously :p
 
I bought a few more packs than I should've over the weekend and managed to snag Kompany and Suarez so obviously had to make a BPL team, playing 4231:

-------- Jovetic --------
-- Nasri Rooney Suarez --
---- Paulinho Ramires ----
Baines Luiz Kompany Richards
-------- Lloris --------

Still quite a few improvements to be made when I can afford to but it feels really good so far although I haven't tried the CDMs yet (had Fellaini and Essien before). I think my back 4 are solid but is Cech better than Lloris?

Ideally, I'd have Toure as a CDM, Silva as CAM on the left and Aguero up front, might be a while before I can afford that though... And I might have to try Eto'o first!
 
I've found Toure to be amazing for me, well worth the coins. Was a massive improvement over Ramires. Probably my most influential player in most games.

Yeah he looks amazing, he's next on my list to buy but not sure who'd be best to pair with him, I think Ramires looks second best on paper but not sure.
 
Beat Ahmed FC 13-2 last night.

Goals: Neymar (4), Ibra (4), Ronaldo (4), Lucas (1).

Assists: Lucas (8), Hernanes (2)

He had 45% passing accuracy from hoofing it from his CBs to Eto'o and Ibarbo.


Lucas Moura is so dreamy...
 
I have Toure as my CDM he is an absolute beast, i seen vast improvements when i bought him.

@zenf, in my personal opinion i'd swap out nasri for schurlle, i've played with nasri quite a lot on ps3 and he is garbage, saying that are you on next gen? Apparently he's good on that so ignore anything i said :P

If you sell him on Fifa your subject to 5% tax on every player you sell.

So if he sells for 600k you will only get 570k. So you lost 30k in tax.

You can sell him on eBay for cash and then send the player to the buyer using a player transfer but I would take pictures of it all or a video in case he tries to do you over.

I've sold lots of 100k on eBay in the past with no problems but I have set restrictions on the type of people who can buy my items this helps in preventing scammers from buying but isn't full proof.

If I packed toty Ramos I would keep him and only sell for cash or sell for coins then sell them when it's time to do so before the market dives

I am indeed next-gen, playing on PS4 and he does seem pretty good... I'm thinking I should probably try Hazard though, assuming he doesn't cost the silly amount that Silva does. :p

Cech is miles better.

My bpl team is

Jovetic

Nasri - fernandinho - ramires

Garcia - if melo

Enrique - Ramos - if Miranda - Mariano

Courtois

But you could easily replace Ramos with kompany and miranda with luiz and garcia with toure or Sandro.

Fernandinho is brilliant as is ramires as wide cam which is essentially a winger.

I find my serie a team far more solid though I imagine it's due to them all being well rounded.

Radu - chiellini - sif benatia - konko

My unbeaten record was broken last night in a 1st round game of all places. :(

Couldn't overcome the game fighting me as well as his team.

what! I have never purchased coins, I enjoy opening packs too much! lol

got a PS4 at the weekend and Fifa plays very different! really struggling with it atm, seem to get pushed of the ball a lot more! tried my 4222 team and it played badly, switched it to 4231 and it was no better.

although I did pull TOTY T.Silva in a pack yesterday :-)
not sure if I should keep him or sell and use the coins elsewhere.

Makes sense. God this FUT is so addictive and Ive spent more time tinkering than playing :D

Im going to keep ramos as I bought 100k coins for £8 last night and bought Nasri,jovetic,villa,jesus navas and ballotelli.

I know Ballotelli doesnt really fit it that team but he was 12k and he has-
94 pace
92 shooting
96 dribbling
How come his stats are so boosted as its still only a standard gold card with hawk applied as chem?

Also does it matter which manager you have? Martinez is spanish but would say benitez offer better stats?
