Need urgent fix, red cpu_light lit up.

So, my job as a YouTube relies on my PC, and I may have broke it when installing my new GPU, PSU and motherboard. So I put it all together and I fairly sure everything Is plugged in but the red cpu led is lit up, the fan on my GPU is on, same for m processor fan. But there is nothing on my tv screen or monitor screen, any help is appreciated and if you need any details please help

have you connected the output cable (HDMI/DVI) into the motherboard or the GPU? That may eb a soloution to your problem.

My tv is plugged in via hdmi in the back of the GPU and. I also have a dvi for my monitor and neither of witch is turning on

Any help as to where it plugs into and what it might say on the motherboard because I'm sure I have already plugged everything in

I think that's already plugged in although it's 6 not 4 pin

It will plug into a 4 pin slot next to the CPU. It is normall found on the left of the CPU (if you are looking with the PCI-E x16 slots at the bottom).

There very most likely isn't a 6pin power connector on your motherboard. It'll be a 4 or an 8. As above, it's close to the cpu itself, usually in top left.

Can you list your pc parts

CPU led lit can be BIOS not supporting current CPU,damaged CPU socket pins or something else

i have a
AMD piledriver FX-8320 3.5 GHz
MSI Nvidia GTX 760 2GB DDR5 PCI-E Graphics Card
Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0 Motherboard

Thats all i can remember without being at home, im currently over the GF using her computer, i may have damaged a pin when taking the processor off and putting it on the new motherboard, ill have to look when im home :/ i dont want to buy a new processor

You can straighten them but take care as they can snap off easily

see i did bend one, but i straightened it back out and it fits fine now, the only thing thats missing is thermal paste which im waiting to be delivered, i just wanted to turn it on to upload videos. that couldnt cause an issue like this could it?
