Kitchen work surface, 720mm front to back, dark oak. Got it for £70 off eBay, some chap near me was getting rid of it because his installer cut it square at the end instead of round.

They had to be higher than the desk for obvious reasons. Sill length curtains are perfectly acceptable and should finish above the sill to prevent hem wear [/defense mode ]
