Thats not how VRAM works, just because your using 3.7gb doesnt mean thats what it needs, its using whats available to it.

2GB of vram at 1080p is fine, even with 4xMSAA.

Again, GTX 760 here, playing at 1080p with 4xMSAA. Lowest I've seen my FPS go to was about 50, thats with 4 or so titans dancing about with god knows how many AI and players around. Also agree with Rusty0611, most of the dips are completely unrelated to vram usage.

When it gets hectic I think CPU plays a bigger role to your minimum fps. Being a modified source engine and, you know, being beta.

The titans seem to move just as quick and agile as the soldiers.

Was hoping for more of a lumbering beast that felt like it had some weight to it..

It's obviously caching though. Some games are just mega heavy on it. I've hit 3gb in Ac4 with 8xMSAA, still runs like a dream .

The atlas is supposed to be agile. The other two titans won't be.

COD Ghosts was the same pretty much.It was using upto 3.8gb on my 290X.Its just uses what it can.Dont know the reason behind it tho.

Insane mode @ 1440p is using 3633 VRAM and 4316 System RAM.

It's just caching then? Nothing wrong with that. Just means quicker load times i guess.

On my crossfire 7950's I was using 6gb of vram according to afterburner which is strange as I I only have 3gb useable with my cards. Keep getting error messages in Windows saying it's running out of RAM.
