My PC is getting too hot under Intel Burn Test and Prime95

My CPU usually at 35c under IDLE, but when I stress test, CPU goes over 91c. I'm using Cooler Master CM 690 II Advanced case, winch has amazing ventilation.

Any ideas why this is happening? I'm thinking of reinstalling my CPU with new thermal compound.

This is my current PC rig

Intel 3770K 3.5Ghz
16GB XMS 3 Corsair Ram
Sapphire AMD HD 7950 3GB
ASUS P8Z77-V motherboard
Samsung SSD 128GB
2TB Seagate HDD
Samsung Blu Ray drive

EDIT: My PC is not overlooked

I'm using the stock cooler.

I'm doing 3D rendering so my CPU is mostly used 100%. My PC also crashes with rendering

Always worth investing in a Good Cooler if its just a stock one even when you don't overclock.

As this helps to keep the internal case temps down and can often be quieter as well.

you shouldn't go anywhere near those stressing programs with the stock cooler

just play some games ect to stress

Yeah on the new chips they don't even recommend prime95 tests anymore as its just to hot.

I always go for an aftermarket cooler even at stock, Id prefer it if chips just didn't include one and knocked a few quid off the price.

Thats called OEM?
What are your temps like with normal usage? You might want to get a better cooler anyway

Basically don't use CPU stressing tools. there is absolutely no need to do so at stock and if your normal usage does not overheat the CPU, little point in doing so. Just use the PC normally.
