It's been quite a year

Last night I celebrated 1 year since I decided to change my life which led me to lose 10 stone in 12 months. It certainly wasn't easy but without a doubt it was certainly worth it.

Hopefully if anyone else is trying to the same thing, this picture will give you a bit of motivation.

If I may ask, what methods did you use to lose the weight.

I'm overweight myself, granted not by much, maybe 3 stone, but I'd like to shift mine too. Thing with me perhaps is motivation, Im one of those, I want something but I don't want to have to work to get the something..type of people
