Faulty PSU?

Well, if you was getting a Carbide 540, with air cooled CPU.. What fans and setup would you go with?

Depends how much you want to spend but without going overboard I'd get 3 enermax tb silence 140mm if you like the look of them. OCUK's picture is outdated, unless they have really old stock then it has the metal band around it + batwing blades like on other tb silence fans.

I have 3 of them and 3 of the 120mm. The 140mm version sounds way better, the bearings on all my 120mm sound very rough. One downside is they won't start at 5v but since they're already pretty quiet you don't need to undervolt much.

Antec Neo Eco C are some of the quietest PSU's on the market in the wattage levels you will need. Try one of them, they come in 450w / 520w / 620w flavours.
