Just look, we're basically lined up as 4-4-2 while attacking, and the central midfielders NEVER pass it to the strikers, only out wide, or behind them. It's atrocious. We are basically no threat from the wings so passing it there is pointless.

Terrible and embarrassing. We could be 2 or 3 down without Vidic, who is leaving... :p
 
Utd utter dire lol :D olympiacos should be 2-0 up though, smalling has been terrible but I would say too been nearly as bad for utd, Valencia has always been crap tbf so that should surprise no utd supporter
 
Just ******* atrocious. Why can't we sack this ******* moron. I'd love for David 'idiot' Moyes to come out and explain what the **** he was trying to achieve with this lineup. We've barely got 5 players out there, we're basically a footballing charity now, allowing useless crap like Ferdinand, Smalling, Cleverley, Valencia, Young and Moyes the chance to see European football. We're so lucky Olympiakos are nothing special, any half competent team would be in double figures against us by now. They've got a god damn Arsenal reserve player starting for christ's sake, and he still looks better than Young and Valencia combined.

It just gets worse and worse every time, Moyes is a cancer eating away at everything Utd was.
 
Thing is, it is salvageable. Those players have got to this stage for a reason, and they're just playing awfully as they've obviously been given unclear / conflicting instruction.

United either need a Tim sherwood "free for all but clear instruction for each player" manager, or get someone methodical who atleast recognises limitations and gets them solid again.

DM can still stay, but its a shame (for him) he didn't keep any ex-man u direct coaching staff to offer alternative views / historic advice.
 
last year we was drawing to real madrid at the bernabeu this year playing defensive away against olympiakos amazing the difference a good manager makes

Carrick is sitting alongside the defenders when we're on the ball, he is literally serving no purpose at all. Half the time I'm looking at the screen and I can't even see Cleverley, there is no player in a Utd shirt anywhere near where midfielders should be. Such a shame we don't have any midfielders that could be playing

Chris Smalling and Valencia has to be the worst right flank ever seen in football. Neither can cross, neither can beat a man. We're lucky if they can manage to stand upright.

Cleverley offers nothing defensively or offensively, Kagawa at least fills one of those criteria. Even Fellaini does more than Carrick and Cleverley (going off his last game). :/

Your old manager lost ties in Europe doing the same dumb ****. Trying to nick one while concentrating on not losing and then not getting the job done in the second leg.

I imagine any delay in getting rid of Moyes now is just letting Neville finish the year with Sky.
