The longer his negative mentality/influence is at the club and effecting the players, the longer it will take the next guy to try and instil a winning mentality on them.... depends who is available to come in for a 6 month caretaker job.
 
Pardew and Moyes are so alike. Sure, bring Kagawa on when you're 2-0 down, and if he doesn't save you he's **** and doesn't deserve another chance.
