There would be a reason for the cats behaviour but that would require a certain level of intelligence on your behalf to solve.

Honestly don't think you should be allowed any pets and I feel sorry for the dog.
 
poor cat thats all i can say, it was only miserable because you made it so, so it acted out... lets hope it goes to someone who gives it the care and attention it deserves

Sounds like you should have never got a cat in the first place. be careful dogs need walking and you need to pick their mess up! else you might have to "Get rid" of that too.

Stressed cats tend to do their business in odd places to be honest. Sounds like something/someone/dog is upsetting it.

OP then goes and gets a dog.

Cat defends it's territory from intruder (dog)

OP blames cat & wants to get rid of it because it's doing what is perfectly natural.

I prefer dogs to cats, but this comment reads like you are a total ****.

At some point you must have wanted/accepted the animal and now it is no longer convenient you threaten to kill it?
 
Saw neighbours cat in the garden arching its back, quivering tail up arse pointed towards hedge, realised it was peeing aiming as high as it could.

Should have set the dog on the little ...

People don't realise how lucky they are to have pets :/

I'd still love to have a cat even if it crapped in the bath every day.

That's the burning question......

I noticed some people mentioned the dog will smell the house out. Well I think the cat dumping in the bath must have smelled positively divine! mmm scrumptious!

Sounds like the best thing for you and the cat! Win win
 
My cats, given half the chance will take a dump in the bath. Big deal! ok I let the Mrs deal with it when it happens (sorry love i'm off to work) :)
But still, your cat is clearly unhappy with something, perhaps being bullied by a neighboring cat, or just doesn't like your new dog, or just doesn't like you. Who knows!

Anyway. OP doesn't like cat, so better pussy be somewhere he/she will be loved.
