[MAFIA] The Thirteen Doctors

I have a feeling that we're going to struggle to come to a consensus and achieve a majority lynch here. At some point we're going to have to consider who our main suspects are and come to some sort of agreement.

Again fair enough but his post to vote Pookie he refers to himself and iviv as "scumhunters."

I cannot make up my mind whether random vote posting is or is not a concern. I did do it myself.

Scum hunting is what they're doing, they may be mafia and double bluffing, I encouraged mafia hunting last game after all. But today on day 1 it's not an issue for me.

I stated that my vote for Pookie was a fishing expedition. It was then followed by a vote by Chris, but at least he gave reasons.

I agree Leprechaun, that shorttricky is suspicious here but do not tar me with the same brush. Bandwagon jumping is a much more likely for the Mafia than actually starting the vote. (But then I would say that)

I find myself agreeing with Pudney as well, which is a shame since he wants me dead.

There is a lot of noise from some players at the moment, myself included but here is where I am.

Pookie - I voted for him as a sort of conversation starting experiment, it worked but it also cast some suspicion on myself, which is understandable. Thinks that the noisy people are more than likely Mafia. Could go either way.
Psymonkee - Posted very little, hinted that noisey people may trying to be a distraction. Don't know how to take him at the moment.
Shorttricky - Keeps not going into much detail in his posts, starting to move up my list.
Pudney - Seems to think in the same way I do but currently voting for me. Actively pushing discussion after a quiet day.
K1LLSW1TCH - Some reasonable summing up but not overly active.
Kaiowas - Supporting people who are pushing discussion, right thing to do. Seems reasonably town.
Shamikebab - Dribs and drabs from him, will re-read posts and see if anything comes up.
Chriscubed - Early posting seemed all over the place but seems to have good-ish intensions. He keeps distracting me somehow.
Brabbinho - Quiet and to the point, similar to how he seemed in the last game. I jumped on this last time which was a mistake.
Leprechaun312 - Seems to be making sensible posts but could be accused of jumping on the Chris bandwagon. Don't know where to go.
Egon - Has a fair few posts about how good it is that we are discussing things without going into his thoughts much. Posted a lot in previous games, so play style continuing.
iviv - Was good in parts, likes the more vocal players, opposite of Pookie.

Sorry, are you saying fortyseven is suspicious because someone else voted for him? I'm not seeing the "very suspicious" in that.

I'd already said I had a niggle about pookie and you. And here you are defending him. Could well be I'm totally wrong here. Statistically it's likely. But that niggle won't go away.

very suspicious may have been an over statement, i don't actually know either way with 47 whether he is townie or a scumbeeeegggggg. what i meant was why are you voting pookie when 47 has just voted for pookie. you gave no reasons and it looks as if you are supporting 47 who already looks suspicious (to others)
 
Sorry for not being super active, I do indeed work nights so most of my posting is done between 6pm-10pm but I can sometimes post early morning too. I'm off all weekend though so I'll be around more. :)

After reading over the past page or two there is one person who has come up with some bizarre things and a few contradictions on top also. On that basis I'm going to cast my vote:

I gave my opinion. I know it's vague. It's partly I didn't see the progression in his voting discussions. It's partly how he posts. It doesn't all sit right.

Reading back, I don't see any post where you stake a claim that pookie is town, but you're defending him like you know he is - I might have missed it, I'm on my phone - if I'm wrong, show me.

You're hammering me constantly for a reason when you know I'm going with a gut feeling. I've said it plenty. And of course, before I voted you were fine with it. Now I'm the dodgiest guy in town?
 
Well, there you go - I would suggest that anyone who votes for me should just jump straight to the top of everyone else's lynch list.

I have neither contradicted myself, or changed my story, but those of you who believe that are either gullible, need reading lessons or mafia. I'm not sure which is worse. So, just for reference if I'm lynched; Fortyseven started it (as an experiment), chriscubed flip-flopped yet again (surprise!) and then K1LLSW1TCH carried it on - so if I go to the rope tonight, start your investigations there.

My defence is that I'm town. There's nothing more to it.
 
Rather than looking for scum, I'm taking an alternate approach and looking for people who are 'probably' town. Then I can pick my vote from whoever is left. This is leaving me with a problem as the two people who are currently leading the voting are chriscubed and Pookie both of which are on my 'probably town' list. I won't support a lynching of either of them at this stage. Of the people I'm still not seeing enough pro-town behaviour from, only one currently has a vote (Other than Psymonkee who I'm currently voting for). A such I'm going to switch my vote to Fortyseven in the hope that we can avoid lynching players who I believe are playing in the interest of the town

For much the same reason, there's a vote starting for someone I think may be scum. I'm not so certain on this so I am with my Brabbinho vote, but at least this vote is going on someone suspicious.

I agree with this, as I have stated multiple times, I only voted Pookie to see what would happen, others have jumped on this some with no evidence at all.

I am convinced by your defense that Chris you aren't infact scum I believe you are working in the towns interests.

iviv and kaiowas not gonna lie, your voting one after other for 47 is either a massive coincidence or there is outside communication going on
