On a H100 or dual rad AIO you don't want to push any more than 1.5v. This is the area where an Asus board, for example, will turn the Vcore red. They do this for a reason, it's a warning.
The only time I have ever seen any one shove 1.65v through a CPU was either by -
Accident, resulting in a dead CPU or
Under DICE/LN2 in order to break world records.
So as I said I would listen to the guys here before you end up causing your equipment or yourself serious damage.
