OCUK Are Horrible, Who do they think they are

I cant believe they have the nerve, or the audacity to do this.

I sent in my GTX 670 MSI power edition Graphics card, as it had issues with the VRAM. Fast foward today (14 working days later)

I ring them up to find out, that they are shipping me a KFA2 GTX 680, that goes for £300. SO not only they are sending me a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT card, which I paid £200 for, they send me a "better one" that cost £100 more.

I cant beleive the service, I have received, and next time will take my stripper money to another company I am sure they will provide an equal if not worse experience then OverRated UK.

On a more serious note, Thank you OCUK, and I cannot believe you guys have done this, you could have sent me a GTX 670, or any of the after market GPU's but you didn't, and thank you so much. Another happy customer !!
