I never thought about trying Neymar in a false 9.

That could be interesting!

Could I just change this to 433-5 and it'd be fine or work some of the work rates become an issue?

Should be fine, you want bombing fullbacks & wingers, DDR is solid enough, all you are doing, essentially is playing neymar 10 foot further back & using your wingers more as strikers.

It's absolutely fine. I've built my team in 433(2) and change in game because it's much easier to hybrid because of the links.

edit: playing vs a TOTY Messi. Interesting.
 
Well it was hard to judge how good TOTY Messi was considering all he did was 1-2 off him with his first touch every single time. It is painful to watch people that have put so much money in to the game but cannot play it beyond the incredibly simple 1-2 and lofted ball spam.

Maybe he got lucky in packs and was able to buy the best players but is still learning the game?
 
Finally had someone score from the kick off glitch against me. It's such a joke, the keeper just turns into an idiot and tries to grab where the ball would have landed if there wasn't a player in front of him instead of going for the interception. Won 3-2 still which is good considering I A) Dominated him and B) Had a worse team than him.
