If you had the chance, what would you ask your company CEO?

My company has a meet and greet every couple of weeks with the CEO and a few other random directors.

A few mates of mine have been and enjoyed it but mentioned the usual people that go all mental and over the top with the praise.

I want to think of a few interesting things to ask for when i volunteer...so what would you ask?

Company has around 3500 employees and about to hit £1bn worth of sales which isn't bad for a company that's only been around for 10 years or so.

I'd ask why he employs such dog **** Managers but that probably doesn't apply in your case.

In one of my previous jobs I would've asked why they paid our managers so much when they did so little.
Then again, if I were the manager then I'd probably not ask that question :p

Was only a joke mate hence that little green smiley that is laughing.

I got that:D

And to be honest I would respond the same. But thats because most people could ask that question without then acting on the information.

However I have no issue shoving my head right up there and kiss all the ass I have to, to get where I want to be.

I'm now the MD

If I'm going to ask a question its because I actually want to ask that particular question and not because I just want to be seen to ask a question or because someone else posted a question that appears interesting on the internet.

Rupert Murdoch's latest ex-wife first impressed him by asking why he was making a mess of moving into China. I'd suggest asking the same question (doesn't matter what your business is or its geographical scale) with an accusing look and a finger jab in the chest.
