Aborted Babies incinerated to heat Hospital!!

Headline of the year. And it's only March.

It doesn't sound that bad to me though. Clinical waste has to be incinerated and it's more efficient to use it for heat.

you're against abortion? what if the girl was raped? should she have to give birth to the child?

I'd rather an abortion than some poor unwanted child being mistreated for ruining their parents life!

As for a decent cremation..some might say that it's no different than flushing a snotty tissue. Yes, it might have been human life but at what point does it become human? become aware? for some it's just a mass of cells no different than a tumor. It's a massive moral issue and not one anyone will ever come to a conclusion too.

As it was aborted, it was unwanted so there's no one to give it a send off.

That's pretty horrible. I swear one day we'll look back at all the abortions carried out in this age with horror.

ah good, a debate on abortions.

If they're unwanted and it's approved it's just clinical waste.

Quote from article "One of the country’s leading hospitals, Addenbrooke’s in Cambridge, incinerated 797 babies below 13 weeks gestation at their own ‘waste to energy’ plant. The mothers were told the remains had been ‘cremated"

Well they had!

I don't have any issue with the what is said in the title as it is just clinical waste.

The issue is the lack of choice for the parents as it can significantly help the grieving process if you can decide what to do with the remains. although I assume this wouldn't apply to most as it was an abortion for personal reasons, rather than genetic abnormality or the like.

Dont see the problem, but i am for abortion as it is today. Me and the fiance were just talking about such things today actually.

If parents dont want said foetus then what is happening is fair.
If they want it then thats a different matter!
