AMD Clean Uninstall Utility Win7 -8/8.1

AMD uninstall software now supports Windows 8/8.1 Am going to start using this me thinks While DDU has been support for me you can't go wrong with official software.

Might be worth staying away from this if you have a Complete AMD system like CPU/MB

After reading AMD forums they has been couple with issue after using this. So my advice stay away.

Yeah it would seem this software isn't just for GPU drivers but for all AMD drivers. Couple people have madethe mistake of using this thinking it will just remove the GPU driver but instead it has removed everything on a AMD system.

Think it will be find if you only have Intel based rig. But I will just stay with DDU.

I've been sticking with DDU for a very long time, it's always up to date and the developer involves himself with the community.

Official driver uninstallers are just not good enough

When I used the AMD uninstall tool it didn't work .. like at all, I had to use Driver Fusion to get rid of it before I could do a fresh install.

+1 for DDU but it would be nice if one/both the gpu vendors took it on board and helped him with stuff

Lol! Never use AMD uninstallers. Its like playing russian roulette with your windows install.

I think the issue affects AMD motherboards/chipsets only. Either way though, why take the risk. Just use DDU.

The AMD uninstallers have been fine for me on my AMD motherboards/chipsets but DDU seems like the safer option for most.
