Baby girl names

She is indeed. Also likes being playful at 4am in the morning!

The elders seem to have taken to her name ok, but they just call her Kimi because its the closest they can get to anything Indian lol

Which tank is your lil'un named after? EDIT: Just seen post above lol

That was only a joke, silly billy! Tee hee! We called her Matilda. Technically, the tank was a Matilda II, though.

we named our daughter Sadie, her middle name which isn't used is Emilia.

I love her name and so does she, its not a ridiculous fashion name, or an attention seeking name.

Unfortunately some people seem to want to consign their children to a world of ridicule.

Incidentally we found a lot of girls names we liked, but really struggled when thinking of a name for our little boy.

We picked ours after finally me agreeing with her after going over millions: Harper Mae Jones. Then loads of people were like; like Beckham's daughter? No, not at all in fact. I wasn't even aware of that, but thanks for pointing it out.

naming your kid after the beckhams, how could you? :p

My wife likes Faith if we have another girl but I'm really not keen, at all. I think I prefer something a little less modern, something like Rebecca or Eleanor.

We are about 5 months into pregnancy now and we have pretty much settled on Elsa for a girl, quite liked it to start with and then was told it was the name of the lioness is Born Free, so watched it and Elsa was a mischievous little lion, so we decided it would probably be rather suitable.

I then googled it and found out the character in the new Disney film Frozen was called Elsa too!

Fortunately it is not an overly popular name yet so fingers crossed it stays quite rare.

I thought all baby girls had to be called Eve, Eva, Ava or some variation on that theme these days.

There's bloody loads of them at my daughter's nursery.
