When overclocking

Go ahead, increase it.

What are you overclocking and what are the other settings?

Power Target basically givers your card more watts to deal with, it helps to stabilize OC a lot. you can usually tune the power target to max, as the card will only take what it needs.

AMD Asus 290X

Overclocked to 1100Mhz Core and 5600Mhz Memory

Standard clocks are 1050mhz and 5400mhz memory.

Power target 120%

Running Heaven, No glitches etc, Stable.

Still running fine, I pushed the target upto 130%.

Going to leave heaven running for around 3 hours to see how stable it can hold these clocks.

Just sitting at 80c :P

Well I put it upto 150%.

But when I started up elder scrolls my screen went blank. Everything froze. Then it recovered and Elder scrolls crashed, Is that a driver crash??

Yes, add more voltage. Unlucky on having to use GpuTweak. I'd use afterburner if you can.

I can use afterburner sorry.

But the core voltage is locked?

Locked via afterburner? May be. Its an asus card so i guess they tie you into GpuTweak. If you're saying that your card is voltage locked, then you've reached the limit on the core then.

Only locked on afterburner and yes its a asus card.

What should I rise voltage too? Paranoid about rising it as a review with the same card got even higher clocks from me on standard voltage? :S

You'll be fine up to 1.3v don't worry. :)

Just keep temps below 80C and you'll be fine.

Yup thats my card, Are you sure to push 1.35v? I mean fans are at 44% and its sitting at 79c but it stays there while playing elder scrolls online. Has no issues keeping it below 80c.

Hawaii is rated up to 95c. If you can keep it at 80C or lower, 1.35v will be fine. You're only at 44% fan speed, so room to play with. Go as high as you feel comfortable. Just keep an eye on temps.
