Oops, got. Side tracked with wine and whiskey to play tonight. Big poker game tomorrow too, followed by much drnking. So I'll probably be up on Sunday evening.
 
Are you guys alright if I play with you without the head set as it feels like I'm Schizophrenic? Also how do I join a game I got invites from a few people over PSN which I thought would go straight into a match together on BF4 but didn't.

Howay man, its a good laugh! At the very least join our server. Load up battelog, choose one of us and press triangle. It will take you into our games

Take it you don't like parties or being amongst a large group of friends/colleagues too then?

That's the whole point in teaming up otherwise you may as well just play by yourself if you aren't going to be involved in the banter

I usually prefer the chat to the games

I suffer quite badly with anxiety so yeah not to keen on parties or large groups of people and work wise I work in teams of four or five at the most. Perfect example went to a house party earlier today and as soon as it started getting hectic I said my good byes and left with my girlfriend.

Ok I'll give it a go next time I'm on I hope you guys aren't bothered by swearing as I can get competitive and the colourful language flys off of the tip of my tongue lol.

Wasn't ignoring you guys on Sat night when you sent an invite. Joined game with a mate but it was rubber banding like crazy for us then 4 more of my mates came on so couldn't join the party after that.

Had some decent games overall though and the Rush server we found was quite smooth.

Bought those rubber gribs for thumbsticks but they make the sticks massive so taking some getting used to! I keep getting the defibs out by accident.
 
Not quite Sonny. Long story short it would seem as if when you've killed an opponent, their hitbox is still "standing up", so to speak. Hence anyone/thing directly behind that hitbox can't be damaged unless you move around the phantom hitbox.

Would explain a lot...such a shame. BF4 is still my go-to game, and probably will continue to be so, they got so much right in the game, let down with constant crap and oversights like this death-shield rubbish.
 
That death shield is an odd thing, I don't believe I've come across that in game before and can recall killing people whom were all running in a straight line a few times..

I'll keep an eye out, but kind of annoying if indeed that is the case.
