I'm looking to pull the trigger on an £1800 build, there or there about, tomorrow! It's actually around a £2100 build, but that's including a 27" Korean monitor in the hopes of getting a decent overclock out of it for 96Hz or so unless there's an equal equivalent on OcUK, in which case that can be factored into the price!
For this build I need everything else!! (Mouse, Keyboard, Windows, even an external optical drive to install Windows if I go for the H440!)
One thing I am tempted by is the NZXT H440 case. I'm also thinking about going for an Intel Core i7-4770K 3.50GHz (Haswell).
The only requirement is 16gb RAM. I'd also like builds around an nVidia 780Ti and also an AMD R9 290X. This rig is primarily for gaming but I want the aditional RAM for level designing via 3D Studio Max/Maya/zBrush and also things like Unreal Editor/CryEngine/Unity, so it has to pack a punch. I would go for Overclocking as long as it's guaranteed, which is why I was thinking of going for the i7-4770K.
I'd also like for it to be quiet. I've heard the default AMD GPU fan is quite loud, which is a concern.
But other than that it's in your hands guys. I hope the criteria isn't too stringent, I thought I'd give you a challenge!
