Haha! The house is a family home so both my Dad and I paid for it. The car just came out of my own savings, and that is after most of it had already gone towards the house.

Not a bad estimate on the house though

You can.

My A4 Quattro Black Edition came on SE suspension. The idiot salesman ticked the box to delete the S-Line suspension. But I took the car anyway, as my old car was already sold by that time, and couldn't go car-less.

Yeah I love the wheels and the shape but it's FWD with no used petrol ones available. I also prefer the interior of the BMW 5.

Does FWD really make a big difference on day to day driving? It's an estate, it's not like your going to be drifting round corners in an estate.

I like the feeling of being pushed along rather than pulled. Nothing to do with drifting.

You really have to be pressing on pretty hard to notice that, especially in cars like the A6/5 series.

It's noticeable when pulling away from stationary.
Also BMW's feel significantly less front end heavy, which improves driving dynamics.

Yes it does. Put the lights switch on auto, when the headlights are on dipped beam then pull the right stalk towards you. It may not do it first time as it uses the light/rain sensor built into the windscreen/mirror.

Don't test it yet.

No matter how good 20s on an A6 may or may not look, the price of the rubber does not make up for the looks and they serve no purpose on a 2.0 TDI, even if it does say S-Line on the side.

Yes it does. They active with the windscreen washers under certain conditions. The manual explains how.

Yeah I still need to read the manual... guess it will be some bed time reading.

On another forum someone mentioned that when parking the wing mirrors dip automatically. I don't think mine do though.
