IC-Diamond GIVEAWAY Thread!

You will generally find that the more watts you put through this TIM the better it operates.

Generally speaking in data (so far at stock) you get between 3 and 5 degrees better temps than AS5. However start overclocking or using a high watt cpu etc and that difference widens a great amount. Anyway try for yourselves:)

Remember to warm the ICD up before applying and DO NOT attempt to spread the paste youselves, let the block or HSF do that.

I am going to test it on my i7 920 @ 4ghz. Will be interesting to see what temps I can get as the cpu can run hot.

It's on air ATM,
I have all the watercooling stuff sitting on my desk for when I transfer it to the new case.

I was thinking doing temps now, try IC and do temps then use IC on my waterblock.
I could do a before and after with the free EK paste, But that's a bit too much hassle.

I am currently on a Kraken X60 in a H440. So not the best case for cooling but I am going to do a test of having the Kraken as intake and then exhaust to see the results. I also have a Noctua NH-U12P SE2 lying around I could test on

Better than the rubbish I'm using :P
The air cooler itself is an Asus Triton 88.
Not sure what I'll do with it when I move to water...

Done, trust posted. Hope I'm not too late for this. :)

Did AS5 on my Macbook Pro 2007 a couple of weeks ago and if received, will test ICD on both CPU & GPU.

Trust sent, my machine is the one in signature :)
If I'm feeling daring enough, I will do the GPU, but will see what time I get.

I will be replacing the stock TIM that came with my OcUK H2Flo Extreme Liquid, which if I remember was basically a Corsair H80.
The TIM on that is old now, so can't imagine it'll be worse, at least I hope not :o
